1. Are the products organic?
The only product that is 100% organic is our Face Scrub it is 100% and 100% edible. We are in the midst of rolling out more 100% organic product. The other products are NATURAL, but they are not organic. There are no added preservative. In fact most of the ingredients are made from edible ingredients i.e Sugar, Tea leaves and herbs. Whatever that is good for the tummy is good for the body. But we would recommend against you licking yourself.
2. Where are these products made?
They are made in Malaysia, in our own kitchen. As we always say, while some bake from their kitchen we make “Body Food” from ours.
3. Why does you product have such short expiry dates?
Because we do not put any preservative or chemical in our products. Treat each product like a bottle of jam, close it tight and if you have not used it for some time place it in the fridge, as it will extend the life spend of the product. Make sure to label it, you don’t want your friend and family spreading it as jam on toast.
4. How long does the product last?
It will last up to 6 months, as there are no preservatives. So for your benefit, we produce our products in small batches, and produce them closest to sales date. To ensure you get the freshest and longest usage time. We are quite confident that once you start using our products, it should be finished within 3 months.
5. Will the products melt?
The products are created for summer weather and you could carry it in your bag anytime, anywhere. However, please avoid leaving it in the car under the hot sun. If you accidentally did so, just put it in the fridge and it will harden.
6. How do I store it? Do I need to keep it in the fridge?
You don’t need to keep it in the fridge (but you could if you want to keep it longer beyond the expiry date). When you store it in the bathroom just ensure it is kept away from direct sunlight as the heat will damage the essential oils. Ensure it is capped well as the essential oils in the products will oxidize when in contact with air. Following these precautions, will ensure you retain the container full of positivity.
7. Do you have fruity smells such as strawberry or mango?
We are an all-natural company, hence all the scents are from essential oils. We do not use any artificial flavouring or fragrances in any of our products. Hence we proudly work around the limits by what nature offers us.
8. Where are the oils from?
All the oils are imported from UK, from New Directions. We have chosen them as suppliers as they are a reputable source and they provide in depth detail of where the oils origin from and how they are distilled. Don’t just take our word for it, check them out http://www.newdirectionsuk.com/
9. Do you have liquid lotions?
We are firm with our stand that we will not produce products with chemicals. Hence as liquid lotions require Paraben (a controversial chemical) to preserve the water in it, we have decided to avoid it. We would recommend our Lotion Bar as alternative. 10. Do you have aromatherapy oils, candles?
We are still working on perfecting the recipes. So look out for new products announcements on our Facebook page. If you have any product request please do just drop us a line and we will definitely consider it.
11. Do you have products created specifically for eczema?
Our products have been used by customers with eczema, and they are happy with the result as the products are made of natural ingredients. We have not created any products specifically for eczema, BUT we are looking into it.
12. Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a store YET. Hopefully one day. We are now placed at Supermart @Sunway Pyramid (Asian Avenue) and Mplus Natural Remedies @ Bangsar Village 1 (Behind News Plus)

14. How long does it take to post
We use PosLaju, so once the product is ready we send it to the post office and it take between 2 to 3 days depending on festive season. Usually is quite fast.
Sometimes it take a bit longer because we are out of stock and we will have to make a fresh batch for you. We really would like to cook you the freshest batch of products , as it last longer too.

16. How can I purchase your product again?
Simple just message us on Facebook or drop us an email or give us a call to order. We will deliver to you via POS Malaysia at a flat fee of RM6. If items are of small value, we would advise you to pick it up from us at one of the flea markets we are having a stall in. If you purchase RM100 online, delivery is on us. 17. Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we do corporate gifts, wholesale, marketing collaborations and hampers for all seasons and reasons. Message us to discuss further.
